Develop and implement strategies to enhance local sales revenue, with a focus on direct customers rather than co-loaders

Achieve and exceed sales targets, goals, and budgets through effective planning and execution

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Provide actionable market intelligence to support sales strategies and identify new business opportunities

Build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular sales calls and visits

Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their requirements and offering tailored logistics solutions

Negotiate contracts and credit terms with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks

Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets

3- 5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry

High achiever with a self-driven attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks within tight deadlines

Strong team player with flexibility, a hands-on approach, and excellent interpersonal and time management skills

Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

University degree or equivalent qualification

Experience with the CargoWise ERP system will be an added advantage
