• Develop and implement Sales strategies that align with Company goals and targets, ensuring revenue and market development.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, whilst seeking market expansion opportunities and prospects for new customers.
• Handle complex customer situations, resolve complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Keep communication clear, professional, and effective within the office and other departments.
• Provide guidance and coaching to newer department members.
• Work closely.

• Generate a high volume of group business from the source market.
• Sending and managing quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Regular client visits to gain insights into customer needs, build relationships with key stakeholders, and win go ahead group business from our client base.
• Track sales leads and follow up quotes and proposals.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance.
• Co-ordinate logistics for sales events, meetings, and trade shows.
• Liaise with Vietnam office to ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
• Provide a weekly Sales and activity report to the Vietnam leadership team.
• Processing orders, managing delivery schedules, and handling returns.
• Chair regular sales meetings.
