Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Engineer (Automation, $1300, ID16266)

• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, analyze customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Execute sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets for robotics, industrial robots, automation systems, and related spare parts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including customer approach, solution consulting, quotation preparation, contract negotiation, order fulfillment, and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, system integrators, distributors, and business partners while expanding the customer base across various industries, particularly Factory Automation.
• Identify new applications and market potential for robotics and automation solutions; coordinate and implement sales and marketing activities to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with authorized distributors, partners, and internal technical teams to deliver technical presentations, commercial proposals, product demonstrations, customer training, seminars, and solution consulting.
• Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, technical issues, and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to support business development initiatives and strengthen market competitiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Gender: Male; Age: under 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or other relevant technical disciplines.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or business development within the machinery manufacturing or industrial automation industry.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines, molding, pressing, cutting, welding, or other manufacturing solutions is highly preferred.
• Good at English
• Experience in industrial robots, robotic automation systems, or working with leading robotics manufacturers or their distributors/partners is a strong advantage.
