Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.

Manage product lifecycle by developing product strategies, roadmaps, and supporting product launches.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.

Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements.

Recommend product enhancements, pricing strategies, and new features based on market analysis.

Track product KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present business insights to management.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution and business growth.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related disciplines.

1–4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Channel Management, preferably in the Visual Instruments / Consumer Electronics industry.

Experience in product launch, market analysis, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

Knowledge of B2C/Retail Sales is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
