Main Duties:

The Risk Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously enhancing the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Internal Control framework to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across all business units and platform operations. The role ensures that key risks are appropriately managed through effective control design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring.

This position plays a critical role in strengthening the Company’s governance structure, safeguarding strategic objectives, operational resilience, and financial integrity, while supporting long-term readiness for regulatory reviews, audits, due diligence, and other governance or assurance-related purposes.

Responsibilities:

Task 1: Build, deploy and monitor the operation of systems, regulations, and processes related to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

• Establish, develop and implement an appropriate Risk Framework of policies and tools for managing risk management across an entire company.
• Develop and guide the deployment of policies, regulations, and procedures on Risk Management in compliance with legal and internal regulations.
• Analyze and propose additional control checkpoints for products/regulations/business processes with operational risk factors.
• Conduct review, evaluation, and reporting on the effectiveness of current policies/regulations; provide recommendations for adjustments/supplements.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc risk reports for senior management.
• Supervise KRIs, and Risk Profiles, LDC.
• Propose, recommend, and monitor the implementation of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process.
• Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a culture of risk management among all levels of employees within the company

Task 2: Build, deploy and monitor Internal Control framework and relevant regulations, and processes.

• Establish and enhance the Company’s internal control framework to ensure effective controls over key business processes, financial reporting, and platform operations.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, identify control gaps, and recommend remediation actions.
• Work with business units to embed preventive and detective controls into processes, systems, and workflows.
• Monitor the implementation and sustainability of remediation plans and control improvements.
• Support management in maintaining adequate internal controls aligned with the Company’s risk profile and growth stage.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Task 3: Manage Risk Team’s daily task

• Oversee daily risk operations and investigations.
• Ensure timely execution and quality of risk assessments and incident handling.
• Monitor workload, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve risk issues.
• Coach and develop team members while improving risk processes.
