Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Retail & Project sales for premium paint and finishing brands to achieve revenue, gross margin and growth targets.

• Develop and execute sales plans, pipelines, forecasts and key business development initiatives.

• Manage, coach and develop the sales team; set and monitor individual and team KPIs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Homeowners, Architects/Interior Designers,

Developers, Contractors, Interior Companies, Distributors/Dealers and professional applicators.

• Drive sales opportunities from lead generation/specification and quotation through negotiation, closing and payment collection.

• Develop repeat business, customer loyalty and a strong network of professional applicators and business partners.

• Ensure effective retail/showroom operations and a premium customer experience aligned with brand standards.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain and Finance on product launches, customer activities, technical support and sales execution; monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, Architecture, Interior Design or related fields.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Sales / Business Development experience; experience in building materials, paint & coatings, interior/furniture, flooring, sanitary ware or related industries is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing sales targets, KPIs, customer development and sales teams.

• Strong network with Architects/Designers, Developers, Contractors, Distributors/Dealers or project partners is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation and customer relationship skills; sales-driven, hands-on and commercially minded.

• Good English communication and MS Office skills; CRM experience is an advantage.
