JOB OBJECTIVE

Overall responsibility for business operations, sales targets, network expansion, and workforce management across Gustavo Gano's chain premium fashion stores in Nha Trang, Ha Noi and other provinces.

Ensure exceptional customer service standards and maintain pristine brand image across all retail locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Chain Operations & Sales Management:

• Develop operational plans and take full accountability for achieving sales targets (KPIs) across the store network.

• Maintain premium customer service standards, Visual Merchandising guidelines, and brand identity consistency.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock movement, coordinate inventory allocation, minimize shrink/loss, and optimize product mix by region.

• Asset & Cost Control: Manage store operating expenses, oversee maintenance of facilities, and safeguard store assets.

* Network Expansion & New Store Openings:

• Survey potential locations and collaborate with shopping mall management and landlords to develop new store sites in prime locations.

• Oversee execution timelines and logistics for new store openings within the assigned territory.

* Sales Promotion & Market Strategy:

• Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and luxury consumer behavior.

• Propose and implement tailored sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing activities to drive regional revenue growth.

* Talent Management & Team Development:

• Determine staffing structures, lead recruitment, and foster talent development for Store Managers and frontline sales staff.

• Design and execute regular training programs covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and premium customer service mindsets.

• Conduct performance evaluations (KPIs), drive team engagement, and maintain workforce stability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Retail Manager or Area Sales Manager (ASM) managing a chain of 15–20+ stores. Direct experience in Premium/Luxury Fashion or Multi-store Retail is highly preferred.

* Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills for multi-site teams.

- Sharp business acumen with strong financial analysis and budget management abilities.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, particularly when liaising with shopping mall developers and partners.

- Deep understanding of the premium fashion market and high-net-worth consumer psychology.

- Willingness to travel frequently across provinces as required by business needs.
