RESPONSIBILITIES :

Accounting compliance:

Bookkeeping: recording all transaction under VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standard);

Reconciliation: Review and reconcile all accounting accounts and generate specific report if requested by clients;

Reporting: Generating full set of accounting reports to submit to Government annually;

Others for internal management purpose: Monthly Financial Statements;

Tax compliance:

Value Added Tax Compliance quarterly;

Personal Income Tax Compliance monthly/quarterly and annual finalization for the Company;

Corporate Income Tax Compliance quarterly and yearly;

Foreigner Contractor Tax Compliance;

Business Registration renew;

DPI (Department of Planning and Investment) report Compliance monthly and quarterly if required;

Statistics report Compliance monthly and quarterly and yearly if required.

Monthly Payroll preparation:

Social Insurance Compliance;

Union Fee Compliance;

Periodical report to Social Insurance Authority and Labor Authority. Performance Analysis and Reporting;

Issue Output Invoices:

Provide the service to support the Company in issuing output invoices when necessary;

Summary and Issue electronic output invoice;

Send issued invoice to clients if requested. (including e-commerce related, related to internal accounting/warehouse accounting);

Creating bank order payments (Transactions) both vendor payment and expense reimbursable to employees;

Weekly cash flow reports, monthly finance report;

Implement new internal project/change in finance department in compliance with local regulation if any;

And any task required from finance day to day operation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting skills.

Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

Experience with financial software and spreadsheets.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a strong plus.

Good in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.

Experience required from 3 to 5 years of working experience in general accounting.

Having experience working in accounting service companies is a plus.
