KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct shipment inspections and generate detailed reports.
• Monitor and drive non-conformity management (DPR/Quality) to ensure strict factory compliance with Decathlon quality standards.
• Perform Quality Control Plans and Review findings weekly and execute Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to address root causes.
• Maintain standard quality routines between Decathlon and suppliers to sustain long-term performance.
• Provide operational support to teammates as assigned by the team leader.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Background: At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing field (Prior knowledge or understanding of shoe manufacturing & quality management field is preferable).
• High level of integrity, honesty, and transparency.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and a hardworking attitude.
• Growth mindset with the resilience to learn directly from mistakes and feedback.
• Clear communication skills and a decisive, objective approach to continuous improvement.
