AUTOMATION:

• Transform industrial challenges into relevant automation solutions that improve productivity, quality, capacity, and sustainability.

• Challenge and support suppliers in building ambitious automation investment plans.

• Guide and monitor supplier automation projects from idea → pilot → industrial deployment.

• Challenge and Influence garment conception with machine providers, and brand to make automation possible and cost-effective.

• Measure and scale successful solutions based on operational impact, ROI, reliability and scalability.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT:

• Build supplier autonomy through training, coaching, workshops and real projects, so partners can progressively identify, deploy and sustain automation solutions independently.

• Strengthen Decathlon’s automation network by sharing methodologies, technical knowledge, proven solutions and best practices.

• At least 3 years in manufacturing, ideally in garment/textile production (Bachelor’s degree in Garment/Textile Technology, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Automation or related field).

• Hands-on background in implementing garment automation solutions.

• Curious, hands-on and collaborative, ready to turn ideas into real solutions.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and comfortable working directly on the factory floor.

• Passionate about technology and factory transformation.
