Quality Control Management

• 1. Supervise daily quality control operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• 2. Monitor production processes to identify deviations, defects, or non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• 3. Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product consistency.
• 4. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, and other relevant standards.
• 5. Control input and output quality to ensure compliance with standards.
• 6. Establish and adjust raw material and packaging material quality standards according to customer requirements.
• 7. Develop quality plans and evaluation criteria for production before and during manufacturing.
• 8. Coordinate with related departments to assure product quality across operations.
• 9. Manage compliance with ISO, HACCP, BRCGS, and other quality systems.
• 10. Supervise QC staff to ensure tasks are performed as required.
• 11. Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, and establish operating procedures for inspection tools.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

• Lead & enhance product safety & quality
• Develop & Implement standadized procedures & quality documents

Training & Development

• 1. Train and mentor QC staff to strengthen technical knowledge and inspection skills.
• 2. Provide guidance on quality standards, testing methods, and reporting practices.
• 3. Maintain training records and support career development within the QC team.

Data analysis & reporting

• 1. Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data to identify trends and root causes of issues.
• 2. Prepare accurate reports on inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• 3. Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• 4. Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Has responsibility to fulfil the assigned works and report to direct manager and department head.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in food quality environment
• Good English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work in shifts
