• Design, write, and execute test cases/test plans for web applications, dashboards, and integrations (manual and/or automated).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across projects.
• Identify, document, and track bugs/defects through to resolution, working closely with developers.
• Review requirements and user stories to ensure testability and flag gaps early.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts where applicable, to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity across CRM, BI, and reporting systems (e.g., Veeva, Power BI).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality standards are met before release.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software testing (manual and/or automated).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with bug tracking/test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to break down complex systems and anticipate edge cases.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including writing precise bug reports.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-directed.
• Detail-oriented with a disciplined, methodical work approach.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight release cycles.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with CRM/BI platforms (Veeva, Salesforce, Power BI).
• Understanding of and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies.
