• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for internal and client-facing use.
• Develop and customize MyInsights content using HTML and JavaScript.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from various sources.
• Translate business questions into clear, actionable data visualizations and narratives.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions on time.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across dashboards and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong HTML and/or JavaScript skills for interactive content development.
• Proven SQL knowledge for efficient data manipulation.
• Strong business and data analytical skills.
• Expertise in data storytelling.
• Proficient in English. Business-level or Conversational Japanese (if applicable)
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-directed.
• Detail-oriented with a disciplined work approach.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Nice-to-have:

• Salesforce Admin and/or Veeva Admin certification.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies.
