• To support lead QA daily QA/QC activities

• To support communication with 3rd party labs about testing inquiries/issues, negotiate testing cost when necessary, and facilitate testing lead time reduction, work with sourcing - team and suppliers on testing issues

• To support work out Corrective Action Plan together with factory/sourcing.

Communication with Agency customer’ s quality dept. to review and approve the CAP. Follow up the CAP after customer approved the CAP.

• To support lead QA as the communication window between TR-QA/QC and Agency Customer-QA/QC

• To support daily work with local sourcing/Local Quality team to solve quality relative issues.

• Documentation and reporting

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or Material academic background

• 2-4 years working QA experience in 3rd testing laboratory, manufacturer, retailing or sourcing company

• Must have experience in Hardline products such as indoor or outdoor furniture product, décor, lighting products, etc. testing experience is a plus
