We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of QA/QC Manager with the following criteria & work:

1. Key Responsibilities: 

• Control quality of raw materials, injection molding process and finished products.
• Establish and maintain IQC, IPQC and OQC inspection standards.
• Monitor injection molding defects and support production in solving quality problems.
• Prepare and maintain SOP, Work Instructions, Inspection Standards, Forms and Quality Records.
• Control document revision, approval, distribution and obsolete documents.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001, ISO14001, BRC, SMETA, BSCI and etc. requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and follow up NCR, CAPA and corrective actions and Lead Root Cause Analysis using appropriate tools such as: 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto... etc.
• Maintain calibration and inspection equipment records.
• Handle customer complaints and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Train QC staff and production operators on quality requirements.
• Work closely with Production, R&D, Engineering, Purchasing and Warehouse to improve product quality.
• Support external ISO/Customer audits and factory certification activities.
• Promote continuous quality improvement in the factory.  
• Prepare and establish the monthly reports Such as: Incoming material rejection rate, IPQC rejection rate, Internal audit findings, Customer complaints, Production rejection / defect rate Document control compliance, Calibration compliance, ISO audit performance and etc.. 

2. Document Control Responsibilities: 

• Establish document numbering and revision control systems. 
• Control document approval, revision, distribution and withdrawal.  
• Ensure only the latest approved version is available at the workplace. 
• Prevent obsolete documents from being used in production.  
• Maintain master lists of controlled documents.  
• Maintain records according to defined retention periods.  
• Control electronic and hard-copy documents.  
• Conduct periodic document reviews and update documents when processes change.

• Education: Technical college/college diploma or higher in quality, mechanical engineering, materials, or relevant related field.
• Experience: Practical 3-5 years’ QA/QC experience in a manufacturing plant is required; injection molding, household plastics, or plastic packaging experience is preferred. 
• Measuring Instruments: Able to use calipers, micrometers, weighing scales, gauges, and basic measuring instruments; able to check and care for measuring equipment before use, etc..
• Professional Skills: Able to read drawings/specifications and inspection standards; experienced in sampling, inspection reporting, nonconforming-product control, and practical quality management system requirements.
• Personal Requirements: Male or female, under 40 years old; honest, careful, disciplined, able to detect and prevent defects, and willing to work shifts.
• Language Skills: English is an advantage for reading technical documents, preparing reports, and supporting customer communication.
• Key Performance Indicators: Escaped defects/customer complaints; compliance with inspection plans and frequencies; accuracy and completeness of records; response time for defect detection, segregation, and reporting; effectiveness of corrective-action follow-up.
• Willing to work in a new factory/start-up environment and establish systems from the beginning.
