Public Relations Staff (Corporate Social Responsibility Focus)

Summary of Job Description

The position ‘s primary responsibilities are for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities) tasks, including building and maintaining CSR activities to contribute to society through company initiatives and strengthen the company’s brand reputation. In addition, the position also support PR (Public Relations) activities as the sub-PIC (sub person-in-charge).

Job Descriptions

Major Duties:

• Build and develop corporate CSR activities from planning to implementation, including:

 Initiate CSR activities in corporate scale, such as tree planting, donation…

 Work with agencies, CSR organizations or universities/ colleges for implementation

 Report, evaluate the effectiveness and improvement

• Check, evaluate and support CSR activities of the authorized Dealers

Minor Duties:

• PR tasks: support in PR events like new product launching, test drive, press conference

• (CSR/ Corporate/ Product) news release on MMV website, fanpage and press

• Speech for Top Management

• Administration: contracts, payments, internal company approvals

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor degree of Public Relation, Marketing, Communication, Economics, Automotive

• Experience: At least 1-3 years of working experience (prefer in automotive industry or marketing communication, CSR activities)

• Knowledge: Marketing Communication, CSR activities

• Skills: Speaking & writing (both English & Vietnamese), event organization, relationship building, multi-task handling

• Others: Cooperative, quick action, communicative, careful & detailed oriented
