Project Technical Support Engineer (Fluent In English Or Chinese)

1. Responsible for the pre-sales, delivery, and after-sales technical support of project sales, as well as related products and system-level problem handling and resolution;

2. Write product and project plans for users, and be responsible for the preparation of technical parts and answering questions;

3. Prepare for project delivery, plan review and test verification, follow up and monitor project coordination resources to ensure that the project plan can be implemented stably;

4. Responsible for overseas project follow-up, delivery and implementation, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

5. Customer visits, program demonstrations, internal and customer training, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred. Fluent in English or Chinese.

2. More than 2 years of project delivery experience, relevant work experience in the security/ICT/communication industry is preferred, and familiarity with security products and network technology is preferred;

3. Have good document writing skills, communication skills and service awareness, rigorous and meticulous work, hard-working;
