Tuyển dụng Kỹ Sư Bảo Trì Điện/Electrical Maintenance Engineer tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Electrical Troubleshooting & Repair o Diagnose and repair electrical faults in production machinery, control panels, wiring and PLC systems.

o Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

o Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.

2. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance o Maintain maintenance records, including service logs, inspection checklists and repair reports, update information related to maintenance jobs into server

3. Supplier Sourcing o Find, evaluate, select, and introduce suppliers for machine components, spare parts and maintenance services.

o Maintain an updated supplier database and ensure timely procurement of critical spares.

4. Team Supervision & Coordination o Supervise technicians and provide technical guidance during repairs and installations.

o Coordinate with the production team to prioritize maintenance activities based on production schedules.

o Train the team on safe electrical practices and troubleshooting techniques.

5. Continuous Improvement & Compliance o Propose and implement improvements in electrical systems for efficiency and energy savings.

o Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.

o Monitor and report on energy consumption in line with factory objectives.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferable in a manufacturing environment

3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electrical testing instruments, PLC troubleshooting, firer fighting system, industrial automation

4. Possess basic knowledge of mechanical engineering

5. Good leadership, problem solving and communication skills.

6. Able to communicate effectively in English (basic to intermediate level).
