1. Language & Academic Consultation

● Handle inquiries and consult parents/students on the center’s programs (Languages, Logical Math, STEM, etc.).

● Schedule academic assessments, trial classes, and provide personalized learning pathway consultations.

● Conduct consultations based on the "Trust-building" philosophy, accurately diagnosing student needs to provide suitable solutions.

2. Study Abroad Guidance

● Guide parents and students through study abroad pathways, admission requirements, timelines, and necessary documentation.

● Assist clients in preparing complete and accurate applications, ensuring submission according to partner school guidelines.

● Provide regular application updates (without making unauthorized guarantees regarding visa or admission outcomes).

3. Parent Communication & Engagement

● Serve as the primary liaison to answer questions and receive feedback from parents throughout the learning journey.

● Execute a structured follow-up cycle (minimum 3 attempts within 7-14 days for new leads) to ensure conversion rates.

4. System & Data Compliance

● Accurately log all client information, consultation volume, conversion rates, and the "Top 3 objections" onto the Shared Data System (CRM).

Yêu cầu ứng viên

● Languages: Level 4 proficiency or higher in English or Chinese.

● Computer Skills: Proficient in basic office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Experience: Prior experience in the education sector, language centers, or study abroad consulting is a strong advantage.

● Soft Skills: Fluent and clear communication, persuasive skills with the ability to build trust. Results-oriented mindset.
