Tuyển dụng Project Manager (Tiếng Anh Giao Tiếp Tốt) tại Hà Nội

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects according to scope, budget, and schedule.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, UI/UX, and operations.

- Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and issues to both customer and internal stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver project documentation, status reports, and presentations in English and/or Vietnamese.

- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with the account management team to identify upsell opportunities or additional support needs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

- 3 years of experience in IT  Project Management

- Experience working directly with English-speaking clients or in an international business environment

- Experience in managing both Project-based and Dedicated team (Labo)

- PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.

- Strong leadership,  problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar.
