Position summary:

• The project manager we are looking for will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult business departments for requirement specification, process optimization and project management
• Ensures the correct and efficient realization of IOT solution together with suppliers
• Manage and execute IOT projects in time, quality and budget with efficient methodology.
• Utilize software requirements to work with internal teams to create, maintain and track the project schedule.
• Manage changes, risks, and issues. Ensure issues get highlighted, addressed and resolved timely and effectively.
• Track project progress and report status to the management team.
• Take ownership of managing dependencies and coordinate between teams as needed.
• Manage vendors (e.g. 3rd party suppliers), including requirements, delivery, quality, reporting and so forth.

Must Have:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Business or relevant majors.
• 5+ years relevant experience in technology related business, with 3+ years in a Project Management position, with demonstrated history and ability dealing with executive management.
• Excellent knowledge of general software and/or hardware project management.
• Collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure team’s activities aligned with broader team’s strategy, priority and objectives.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to interact with and influence management at the team.
• Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred to have:

• Engineering experience in hardware development is a plus.
• Experience to collaborate and manage 3rd party vendors including SW/HW ODM/JDM and manufactory.
• Excellent leadership, team building and mentoring skills.
• PMP, ACP, SAFe or CSM certification is a plus.
• Required competencies and soft skills (- soft skills required for the role, -most relevant leadership dimensions)
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
• Capacity to manage high stress situations
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
