• Develop business opportunities and coordinate food processing equipment projects from initial needs assessment through installation, commissioning, acceptance, and handover.
• Research the market and identify target customers and new investment opportunities in poultry, meat, seafood, and processed food industries.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers such as BAADER Poultry, Handtmann Processing, GEA Food Solutions, and other processing equipment partners.
• Communicate directly with suppliers in English regarding technology solutions, technical specifications, scope of supply, pricing, schedules, warranties, and commercial terms.
• Work with the Sales team to meet customers, survey production sites, and clarify requirements for products, capacity, processes, layouts, utilities, hygiene standards, and investment plans.
• Work with suppliers to develop concepts, process flow diagrams, line layouts, equipment selections, capacity calculations, utility requirements, and suitable technical specifications.
• Prepare and present technical solutions, quotations, commercial proposals, project schedules, and investment analyses to customers.
• Support negotiations with customers and suppliers on scope, pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranty conditions, and technical deviations.
• Manage projects after order confirmation, including kick-off, drawing and document approvals, production follow-up, factory acceptance tests, shipping, importation, installation, commissioning, site acceptance tests, training, and handover.
• Prepare and update project plans; control scope, schedule, cost, risk, change, and open issues; and report progress promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities among customers, suppliers, contractors, and P Tech teams, including Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Service.
• Monitor equipment performance during trials and start-up; coordinate the resolution of technical and commercial issues; complete acceptance documentation; and support warranty activities after handover.
• Maintain complete records of customers, sales opportunities, quotations, meeting minutes, schedules, and project documents. Attend exhibitions, seminars, supplier meetings, and market development activities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 02 years of experience in technical sales, project engineering, industrial equipment, or a field related to food processing.
• Hands-on project management experience, including project planning and coordination across multiple parties. Able to control project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change.
• Good command of spoken and written English. Able to conduct meetings, deliver presentations, negotiate, write business emails, and understand technical documents in English.
• Able to read and work with layouts, process flow diagrams, datasheets, specifications, technical drawings, and utility requirements.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to analyze customer needs, develop solutions, prepare proposals, and negotiate with customers and suppliers.
• Clear communication, strong follow-through, and the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with scheduling software, project management tools, or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Experience with poultry, meat, or food processing equipment and international equipment manufacturers is preferred.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally and work onsite at customer facilities as required by projects.
