• Business Development
• Develop and execute annual business plans and sales strategies.
• Identify target industries, key customers, and market opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales revenue and profitability targets.
• Customer Management
• Build relationships with converters, packaging manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions with customers.
• Supplier Management
• Act as the key liaison between international suppliers and local customers.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies and solutions.
• Team Leadership
• Recruit, coach, and develop Sales and Service Team.
• Establish performance targets and monitor team effectiveness.
• Market Intelligence
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Provide regular market feedback to Management and Principals

Yêu cầu công việc

• Required working experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Packaging & Printing industry, including sales, business development, or commercial management responsibilities.
• Proven experience in Flexible Packaging, Labels, Folding Carton, or related sectors.
• Previous leadership experience in managing sales teams or business units is highly preferred.
• Required qualifications
• Bachelor's or College degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Printing Technology, Packaging Engineering, or related fields).

- Required Languages

• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Required knowledge and skills
• Strong understanding of packaging and printing machinery, production processes, and industry trends.
• Existing industry network within the Vietnamese packaging and printing market is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and willing to travel.
