Production Planning Manager (Yêu cầu tiếng Hoa)

Responsible for creating detailed production plans to ensure production schedules meet customer demands.
Effectively manage raw materials, including demand forecasting, ordering, and inventory control.
Closely collaborate with relevant departments (Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales) to ensure smooth production operations.
Optimize production processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
Track and analyze production data, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.
Address and resolve any production issues related to materials and schedules.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain management, and inventory management.
Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in production planning software (ERP, MRP) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Chinese is a must.
