- User Support

Provide prompt technical support to employees regarding computer hardware (PCs/Laptops), peripherals (printers, photocopiers, scanners), and office software.

- System Administration

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and company-specific applications.

- Network Infrastructure

Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi systems; resolve basic connectivity and network access issues.

- Asset Management

Maintain an inventory of IT assets, perform routine maintenance, and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements.

- Data Security

Assist in implementing security protocols, managing user access permissions, and ensuring regular data backups.

- Education

College or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Network Administration.

- Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or Technical Support role.

* Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking devices (Routers, Switches, Access Points).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting OS issues and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Knowledge of Windows Server or ERP systems is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a strong service mindset, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
