Payroll Management

Execute monthly timekeeping, payroll calculations, bonuses, and allowances accurately and on schedule.

Social Insurance & Tax

Handle social insurance procedures (registrations, adjustments, claims) and manage Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations and finalizations.

Contract & Record Management

Track Labor Contracts (new hires, renewals, terminations) and maintain organized digital and physical employee files.

Employee Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, company policies, and the
• 2019 Labor Code.

Reporting

Prepare periodic HR reports (labor turnover, workforce status, and compliance reports) for the Board of Management and local authorities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar C&B role.

Expertise

• Deep understanding of the
• 2019 Labor Code, Social Insurance laws, and current PIT regulations in Vietnam.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data management).
• High attention to detail, integrity, and strict adherence to confidentiality.
