Position Purpose

1. Responsible for organizing and formulating the department's work goals and work plans, and timely organizing implementation, guidance, coordination, inspection, supervision and control work, and cooperating with the factory to complete special tasks such as production safety, on-site management, and quality management
2. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (list of tasks in order of importance or the time consumed)
3. Responsible for organizing and formulating the department's work goals and work plans, and timely organizing implementation, guidance, coordination, inspection, supervision and control work, and cooperating with the factory to complete special tasks such as production safety, on-site management, and quality management
4. Organize and formulate reasonable production plans and schedules, check the progress of the production plans, fully implement production arrangements, and complete production tasks with quality and quantity;
5. Review production reports, fully understand the production situation, understand the production progress, analyze the production capacity load, summarize the production situation regularly, compare the actual production volume with the planned volume, analyze the reasons for the differences, summarize and re-adjust the production plan ;
6. Clearly understand the production status of existing orders, organize and promote continuous quality improvement work, control costs, reduce losses, reduce waste, and control working hours;
7. Supervise the progress of prototype development and production, grasp production data in a timely manner, and make continuous improvement suggestions and decisions for problems that occur during the prototype period;
8. Responsible for supervising the department's production safety, material usage, etc., optimizing and improving the production site, improving efficiency, cost reduction and rational utilization of materials, and making appropriate adjustments in case of abnormalities;
9. Supervise the correct use and maintenance of the department's equipment and materials, and conduct inspections on schedule;
10. Responsible for the daily affairs handling work, work plans and summaries of the department, analyzing the problems or opinions feedback from customers or functional personnel and various departments and processes, finding the causes of problems, receiving progress and abnormal feedback from the workshop, and properly handling and troubleshooting Department emergencies;
11. Responsible for the guidance and supervision, performance appraisal, team building and training improvement of department personnel, and provide key opinions on the recruitment and promotion of subordinate employees based on evaluation results;
12. Coordinate and arrange production materials, equipment, personnel, and processes to ensure that production tasks are completed on time and with high quality.
13. Assist and participate in the implementation and operation of the factory's environmental management material system, supervise the team's document management of the company's quality management system, participate in environmental and occupational health and safety management related work, and carry out departmental 5S work in an orderly manner;
14. Obey the temporary work arrangements of superiors and report to the factory department any problems that cannot be solved by the department.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Academic Background (minimum and preferred requirement; include preferred discipline, if any)
2. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2-3 years of production site management experience,
3. Have strong quality management, process optimization, planning coordination, and overall organization capabilities
4. Have rich practical experience in production site improvement, quality, delivery, cost, efficiency, 5S management and other fields
5. Familiar with lean production management model;
6. Proficient in English/ Chinese and Vietnamese: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
7. Proficient in using Microsoft office software
8. Have good communication and expression skills, be good at learning, be proactive, and be able to withstand greater work pressure
9. Have strong teamwork and leadership skills
10. Experience in the textile industry or accessories industry is preferred
