Position Purpose (a summary of the general nature, level and the reason why the position exists)

• Represent the factory in customer quality activities; maintain customer relationships, address quality issues, and coordinate relevant stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the quality management system and the company’s general regulations. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (list of tasks in order of importance or the time consumed)

• Serve as the main point of contact with customers regarding quality and technical issues and product-related requirements.
• Represent the factory in online meetings and factory assessments and receive customers during site visits.
• Analyze and explain the causes of quality issues and proposed solutions to customers.
• Prepare and issue quality reports, KPI reports, and other reports required by customers.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate and monitor corrective and preventive actions and quality improvement projects.
• Support quality risk assessments and programs to improve the factory’s quality performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Academic Background (minimum and preferred requirement; include preferred discipline, if any)

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Work Experience (minimum and preferred requirements)
• At least two years of QA experience is preferred 
• Language Skill (written/spoken skills level of proficiency)
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Confident in communicating, presenting, and interacting directly with overseas customers.
• Candidates with overseas study experience are preferred.
• Chinese or another second language is preferred.

Other Specific Knowledge / Skill Requirements (key factors required to perform this job)

• Understanding of garment manufacturing processes, quality management, and QMS.
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, and PDCA.
• Understanding of customer quality requirements, AQL, and garment quality control processes.
• Communication, presentation, and customer relationship-building skills.
• Data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in AI productivity tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively.
