Tuyển dụng Production Control Staff (Export Shipment & Logistics Control) tại Hưng Yên

We are looking for potential candidates who are willing to work as Production Control Staff at Panasonic Appliances Vietnam.

JOB DETAILS:

- Working hour: From 8 a.m to 4:45 p.m.

- Working location: Thang Long II Industrial Zone, Hung Yen (daily shuttle bus from Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong & Hung Yen).

OVERALL: Export Shipment & Logistics Control.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage daily shipment and export operations, including shipment planning, booking arrangements, container loading, shipping documentation, and delivery schedule monitoring.

- Prepare, check, and follow up on Certificates of Origin (C/O) and related export documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.

- Manage logistics operations, including transportation arrangements, freight quotations, logistics cost control, invoice verification, and payment procedures.

- Monitor shipment performance and logistics KPIs, prepare periodic reports, and support continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience:

+ At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in export shipment operations and logistics.

+ Hands-on experience in shipment booking, container arrangement, export documentation, and C/O application.

- Knowledge & Skills:

+ Knowledge of customs clearance, HS codes, and export regulations.

+ Good understanding of logistics cost control, freight quotation, invoice checking, and payment procedures.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is preferred.

+ Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills.

+ Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet shipment schedules.

- Language: Good command of English.
