You will work on an advanced AI-powered platform designed to revolutionise the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Unlike traditional solutions that focus on a single aspect of development, it offers a holistic suite of AI-driven tools spanning the entire SDLC—from product ideation to deployment. Product AI Engineer

As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality digital products that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed user expectations.

Your Impact

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and enhance digital products.

Lead and mentor team to Engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions that align with business and technical requirements.

Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of digital products.

Contribute to the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth product operation.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in software development and product engineering. Preferably with an internet product-based company.

5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing, and operations experience

Should have experience leading and mentoring highly capable team of engineers and ensure delivery on project timelines.

Should have experience in System Design and Architecture (HLD/LLD).

Should have experience building agents till deployment.

Strong proficiency in Python with experience in LLM/agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, crewAI, AutoGen).

Experience with data structures or algorithms and strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals.

Experience in professional software development experience, including demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating scalable, production-grade systems

Proficiency in one or more programming languages including, but not limited to Python,

Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience in leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture and distributed systems. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices

Set Yourself Apart With

Experience in full-stack development.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Exposure to AI/ML, data engineering, or blockchain technologies.

Certifications in relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).

Pay Range: $165,000 - $200,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
