Responsibility

• Perform surface coating operations in accordance with process requirements, including primer, topcoat, and other coating applications.
• Operate, maintain, and perform routine servicing of painting equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Complete painting tasks according to the production schedule while ensuring product quality and production efficiency.
• Inspect coating quality and promptly address defects such as runs, sags, and color variations.
• Strictly comply with safety, environmental, and 5S management requirements.
• Support process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives, and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma, technical secondary school diploma, or above.
• Relevant experience in spray painting or coating operations.
• Familiarity with spray painting processes and spray gun operation, with a good understanding of common coating materials and their properties.
• Strong quality awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work on shifts and in a manufacturing environment.
