Painting Technician

Work in the paint mixing room and spray booth; required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety regulations.
Independently complete product appearance adjustment and paint tuning according to customer requirements and specifications.
Analyze and troubleshoot abnormal or unexpected issues during the painting process, identify root causes, and implement corrective and improvement actions.
At least 2 years of experience in painting/spraying operations, with basic equipment maintenance or troubleshooting experience.
Proficient in automatic painting line processes and able to independently adjust and set up spray guns.
Basic knowledge and understanding of coatings, paints, and related materials.
Lanague: basic English /or Chinese communication skill.
