Job Summary

Our organization manages mission-critical application maintenance for major banking platforms. We are seeking a seasoned Operational Lead to oversee system stability, guide technical teams, and drive service delivery in close alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Analysis: Evaluate technical requirements from business stakeholders, coordinate feature enhancements, and review software delivery artifacts.
• System Health & Support: Oversee real-time monitoring of live environments and provide Tier-2/3 technical support to sustain high availability.
• Incident Resolution: Investigate operational bottlenecks, lead root-cause analysis, and implement permanent bug fixes alongside client technical teams.
• Technical Leadership: Supervise local engineering teams by directing daily task distribution, tracking performance milestones, conducting code reviews, and facilitating continuous technical coaching.

주요 담당 업무

• 요건 분석 및 수립: 고객사의 비즈니스 요구사항을 수렴·분석하여 기능 개선을 수행하고 관련 기술 문서를 작성합니다.
• 운영 지원 및 모니터링: 라이브 시스템의 가동 상태를 상시 점검하고 기술적 장애에 대한 신속한 지원을 제공합니다.
• 트러블슈팅 및 이슈 해결: 현업 및 고객 IT 부서와 협력하여 운영 이슈의 원인을 분석하고 최적의 해결책을 도출합니다.
• 팀 리더십 및 파트 관리: 현지 개발 인력의 업무 배분, 프로젝트 일정 및 성과 관리, 기술 코칭, 커뮤니케이션을 주도합니다.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience: 5 to 10+ years in financial technology or enterprise software maintenance.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to core banking or ledger systems is highly desirable.
• Engineering Skills: Strong hands-on backend background using C, C++, and database embedded SQL (Pro*C).
• Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) accreditation is an advantage.
• Core Competencies: Solid grasp of relational databases, design patterns, data

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of verified professional experience within the IT domain.
• Valid University Degree Certificate available upon verification request.

• 경력: 금융 IT 분야 경력 5~10년 이상
• 우대사항: 은행 전산 시스템 또는 코어 시스템 프로젝트 경험자 우대
• 기술 역량: C / C++ / Pro*C 기반 백엔드 시스템 개발 및 유지보수 경험
• 자격증: Oracle OCP 자격 보유자 우대
• 전문 지식: DB 개념, 디자인 패턴, 자료구조, 알고리즘 및 분산 환경에 대한 기술적 이해도
• 어학: 비즈니스 영어 소통 및 기술 문서 작성 가능자
• 역량: 적극적인 업무 태도 및 소규모 팀 리딩/협업 경험자

필수 요건

• IT 분야 실무 경력 최소 5년 이상
• 학위 증명서(4년제 학사) 제출 가능자
