Building Operations & Budget Management

• Calculate revenue, operating expenses, management costs, and parking fees for each project.
• Ensure building operating expenses remain within budgets approved by the Board of Directors (BOD).
• Select reputable building management service providers, where applicable, with reasonable management fees.
• Optimize energy, water, and other operating costs.
• Purchase appropriate insurance coverage for buildings at reasonable costs.

Property Management & Service Quality

• Ensure high service standards for security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and other building services.
• Ensure technical equipment is operated in accordance with manufacturers’ standards.
• Ensure buildings are operated in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain the overall appearance and aesthetics of buildings.
• Control and manage building facilities and services, including parking lots, swimming pools, community rooms, children’s playrooms, and gym facilities, ensuring high-quality amenities for residents.

Safety, Security & Tenant Management

• Ensure security, safety, fire prevention and fighting, and environmental sanitation throughout the buildings.
• Manage leased businesses, including banks, restaurants, and other service providers, where applicable.
• Ensure tenants comply with building standards regarding fire prevention and fighting, safety, general appearance, and service quality.

Management Board & Coordination

• Prepare for the establishment of the Management Board and coordinate the handover process.
• Assist and coordinate with relevant departments in organizing company events.
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: University degree.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in building management, high-end apartment management, or project management.

Working Location: Phu My Hung Area, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
