JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. This role works closely with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations, effective product promotion, and timely support for customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new customers.
Expand market coverage and actively seek new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
Comply with the Company's sales procedures, policies, and regulations.
Participate in product training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Conduct customer care activities and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Follow Company procedures relating to the management of assets, inventory, equipment, and operating expenses.
Prepare sales reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
Coordinate with the Marketing Department on product promotion campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding customer payments, debt collection, and sales-related documentation.
Work with relevant departments on product returns, product recalls, and product distribution activities.
Provide after-sales support, including handling warranty and product return requests.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Male, at least 21 years old.
College or university degree (or equivalent qualification).
Passion for sales and customer engagement.
Willing to travel for business when required.
