• Market & Business Research
• Conduct market research on industries, consumer trends, competitors, pricing, and potential business opportunities.
• Research brands, products, suppliers, manufacturers, and potential partners.
• Collect, organize, and analyze information to support business decisions.
• Prepare concise research summaries, comparisons, and recommendations.
• Project & Business Development Support
• Support the development of a new business initiative from concept to launch.
• Coordinate different workstreams and follow up on timelines, deliverables, and action items.
• Support product development, packaging, branding, sourcing, and commercial activities.
• Identify potential suppliers, partners, and business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing business plans, proposals, presentations, and project updates.
• Communication & Coordination
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Follow up professionally on quotations, samples, documents, timelines, and requirements.
• Arrange meetings, prepare discussion points, and document key decisions.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with external parties.
• Documentation & Administration
• Prepare and organize business documents, product information, quotations, contracts, and supporting materials.
• Maintain project trackers, databases, and document folders.
• Support administrative and paperwork requirements throughout the project.
• Ensure documents and information are complete, accurate, and properly organized.

• Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, research, project coordination, marketing, consulting, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong market research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proactive, curious, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning ideas into practical actions.
• Nice to Have
• Experience working with consumer, beauty, lifestyle, fashion, retail, or premium brands.
• Experience working with suppliers or manufacturers.
• Experience with product development or sourcing.
• Strong interest in premium consumer products and brand building.
• Good sense of aesthetics, consumer trends, and branding.
