• Develop and maintain backend systems for CMS, CRM platform / Loyalty Program, or AI tools.
• Design, build, and optimize APIs and server systems to handle millions of daily requests
• Integrate backend services such as authentication, payment, leaderboard, chat, matchmaking, and events.
• Collaborate closely with frontend/client teams to ensure performance and client experience
• Optimize server performance, scalability, and high concurrency handling.
• Write technical documentation and follow software development processes (code review, CI/CD)

Your Skills and Experience

• At least 2+ years of experience in Go / Node.js / Java and agree to switch to Go.
• Proficient in Go (can be trained).
• Experience with API gateway tools: Kong, KrakenD, or Express Gateway.
• Knowledge of real-time communication:  / WebSocket, NATS, MQTT, or Redis pub-sub.
• Familiarity with microservice frameworks: NestJS,  Go (microservices), Java Spring Boot 3.
• Experience with authentication & authorization: Keycloak (OpenID) + JWT.
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, CockroachDB, or MongoDB.
