Tuyển dụng Merchandising Manager tại Tây Ninh

The role

You will lead our merchandising team and own every order from development to shipment. You are the main link between our customers, the factory and our Hong Kong office. You are responsible for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Customer managemen t: Be the main contact for assigned buyers, and handle tech packs, comments, approvals and escalations.

Development and sampling: Manage proto, fit, size set, salesman and PP samples, and make sure approvals come back on time.

Materials: Source and book fabric, lace, elastics and trims; manage lab dips and strike-offs; follow up supplier deliveries.

Order management: Confirm POs, make sure BOMs and specs are accurate, and set and track the T&A calendar.

Production coordination: Work with the factory on capacity, line allocation and delays.

Quality and compliance: Work with QA on quality standards, testing, labelling, packing and customer audits.

Shipment: Confirm ex-factory dates and handle delays, air-freight decisions, claims and chargebacks.

Team leadership: Assign workload, supervise and train merchandisers.

Reporting

• Report order status, risks and KPIs to management regularly
• At least
• 5 years of garment merchandising experience.
• Lingerie, swimwear or nightwear experience strongly preferred, including knowledge of lace, elastics, underwires, moulded cups and other specialist trims.
• Experience working with EU or US brands and their testing and compliance requirements.
• Fluent written and spoken English. Chinese is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills. ERP experience preferred.
• Well organised, a good problem-solver and negotiator, proactive and able to work under pressure.
