Tuyển dụng E-Commerce Specialist (6-Month Contract) tại Hồ Chí Minh

The role

This is a 6-month contract to help re-launch our online store and grow sales to international customers. You will work closely with management and our Hong Kong office. For the right candidate, this role can lead to a long-term permanent position.

Key responsibilities

Marketing and advertising: Plan and run online marketing and advertising campaigns (for example marketplace ads, social media ads, email) to drive traffic and sales, and track and optimise results.

Influencer marketing: Find, contact and work with influencers and KOLs to promote our products.

Store management: Manage and optimise our existing online store to improve customer experience and conversion.

Product listings: Create and update product listings with titles, descriptions, size charts and specifications in English, optimised for search.

Product content: Coordinate product photography and content, and make sure images and information meet platform requirements.

Logistics and shipping: Work with our shipping partners on order delivery, including duties and taxes for EU/US customers.

Customer service: Handle customer enquiries, returns and reviews.

Reporting: Report sales, marketing results and recommendations to management regularly.

At least

2–3 years of cross-border e-commerce experience, selling to international customers.

Hands-on experience running online marketing and advertising campaigns, and running an online store or marketplace account (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop or similar).

Experience working with influencers and KOLs.

Knowledge of international shipping, customs and duties for e-commerce parcels.

Fashion or apparel e-commerce experience preferred.

Good written and spoken English.
