About the role 

You keep the systems behind our marketing and sales running. You are the technical owner for Oracle Eloqua and Oracle CRM administration, and you support our global corporate website from the marketing side: editors, forms, landing pages and first-level troubleshooting. You work with colleagues in Switzerland, Germany and Vietnam and with external specialists for complex developments.

What you will do 

CRM and marketing automation administration 

• Administer Oracle Eloqua and Oracle CRM: fields, layouts, interfaces, workflows, users, permissions and hierarchies 
• Resolve incidents and requests, such as failed or incorrectly running campaigns and reporting or dashboard issues 
• Troubleshoot the integration between Eloqua and the CRM 
• Maintain automated programs: welcome, contact deletion, data cleansing, consent management and unsubscribe handling 
• Manage SSL security certificates and the Eloqua backup solution together with SPS IT 
• Test and release changes; document configuration and processes 

Website support 

• Troubleshoot Eloqua forms and their integration with the corporate website 
• Support editors in the Drupal CMS: publishing, workflows, multilingual content, roles and permissions 
• Triage website tickets, resolve first-level issues and hand over development topics to the external Drupal developer with a clear description 
• Build campaign landing pages and event microsites from reusable templates, with tracking 
• Check releases on staging and confirm acceptance together with Global Marketing 

Marketing operations and data 

• Build and send email campaigns from approved templates, including segments and send-out checks 
• Keep contact data clean: duplicates, bounces, consent status, event lead lists 
• Monitor the lead process from marketing-qualified lead to sales handover and flag gaps 
• Provide funnel and campaign dashboards; maintain the Eloqua user manual and train colleagues 
• Coordinate external specialists and agencies for complex projects

What you bring 

Must have 

• 2 to 4 years in marketing automation, CRM administration or marketing operations; hands-on Oracle Eloqua strongly preferred, comparable platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce) considered with willingness to learn Eloqua 
• Solid understanding of segments, campaigns, forms, landing pages, lead scoring and email deliverability 
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; experience with a CMS (Drupal or similar) as an editor or site builder 
• Ability to analyse integration and data-flow problems step by step (basic knowledge of APIs, field mapping, data imports) 
• Awareness of data protection and consent management (GDPR) 
• Structured, documented way of working; experience with ticket or incident handling 
• Full professional English, written and spoken 

Nice to have 

• Drupal experience, basic JavaScript or PHP reading skills 
• Oracle CRM experience, SQL or reporting skills (Power BI or similar) 
• Basic knowledge of web analytics (GA4, tag management) 
• German language skills
