1. Social Media Strategy & Consultancy (60%)

Collaborate with Marketing Business Partners and stakeholders to translate business objectives into relevant social media strategies and initiatives.

Develop and execute engaging, platform-specific content and campaigns, from concept development and copywriting to publication.

Support TÜV SÜD experts in building their social media presence through corporate influencer initiatives and LinkedIn community engagement.

Monitor social media performance, provide actionable recommendations and identify emerging trends and opportunities to improve communication.

2. Vietnam Marketing Coordination (40%)

Act as the key marketing interface in Vietnam, connecting local management and business stakeholders with regional and global marketing teams.

Coordinate local marketing activities, including events, seminars, training programs and localization of marketing campaigns and materials.

Ensure consistent implementation of corporate branding and communication guidelines across local marketing activities.

Provide marketing performance updates and support customer communication, lead generation and cross-selling initiatives.

University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing or marketing communications, preferably in a B2B or international environment.

Strong expertise in social media strategy, content creation, copywriting and campaign execution.

Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.

Experience coordinating marketing projects, campaigns and events.

Strategic thinking, a hands-on mindset and strong organizational and project management skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize communication.

Interest in digital trends, technology and social media innovation.

Fluent Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.

Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional international teams.
