Role Purpose 

This role is designed to build a strong, hands-on understanding of WorkFlow's products, customers, brand positioning, and internal operations through direct ownership of social media and KOL marketing activities. Over the first three months, the role will develop into a Marketing Generalist capable of independently managing key marketing functions and contributing to future business growth initiatives. 

Role Allocation: 70% Marketing Generalist / 30% KOL Marketing 

Key Responsibilities — Marketing Generalist (70%) 

Social Media Management 

• Own and manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram channels 
• Develop monthly content calendars 
• Create, publish, and monitor social media content 
• Coordinate design requirements when necessary 
• Maintain consistent brand communication across all channels 
• Produce monthly content performance reports 

Event Marketing Support 

Host & Location Marketing Support 

• Manage marketing requests from Hosts and locations 
• Coordinate printing and marketing collateral production 
• Ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time 

Vendor & Third-Party Management 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Work closely with Operations, Product, Design, and Leadership teams 
• Gather information required for marketing communication 
• Develop a strong understanding of business priorities and workflows 

Key Responsibilities — KOL Marketing (30%) 

KOL Research & Database Management 

KOL Outreach & Relationship Management 

Campaign Execution 

Performance Monitoring 

• Monitor exposure generated by each collaboration 
• Track reach, engagement, and content performance 
• Generate monthly campaign summaries and recommendations

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant marketing/social media experience 
• Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written) 
• Comfortable managing multiple channels and stakeholders simultaneously 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup environment 
• Based in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City 

Nice to Have 

• Prior experience managing brand social media accounts 
• Familiarity with KOL/influencer marketing or outreach 
• Basic design tool proficiency (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
