• Spearhead the technical setup, commissioning, and operational integration of newly established production facilities and industrial sites.
• Supervise cross-functional department heads across Sales, Engineering & Design, Costing, Quality Management, Procurement & Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and HSE to ensure seamless production cycles.
• Implement lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement protocols to optimize throughput, reduce lead times, and control operational overheads.

- International Market Penetration & Supply Chain Control

• Drive global export manufacturing initiatives targeting high-compliance markets, specifically Australia, Europe, and the United States.
• Establish robust quality governance frameworks ensuring all finished steel structures strictly adhere to international civil and structural engineering codes.
• Architect resilient supply chain networks, material procurement strategies, and vendor ecosystems to support high-volume manufacturing activities.

• Demographic & Educational Background: Open to both male and female candidates under 47 years old. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or relevant technical fields is mandatory.

- Professional Tenure & Technical Competencies

• 07 to 10 years of senior executive management experience (General Manager, Managing Director, or Country Head) within heavy steel structure manufacturing, steel fabrication, or rolled steel processing industries.
• Demonstrated track record in greenfield factory commissioning, plant scaling, and managing end-to-end P&L performance for medium-to-large industrial facilities.
• Proven expertise in export-oriented manufacturing, navigating stringent technical, structural, and regulatory compliance standards for Western markets (Australia, EU, US).
• Strong leadership capability in managing multi-site teams with a hands-on, decisive, and entrepreneurial ownership mindset.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English skills across all four competencies (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for executive board reporting and cross-border stakeholder engagement.
