1. B2B Logistics & Wholesale Sales

- Identify and negotiate B2B commercial agreements with international buyers, freight forwarders, and overseas distributors.

- Design end-to-end export logistics packages (FCL/LCL shipping, custom clearance, Incoterms terms) tailored to bulk woodenware and kitchenware buyers.

- Manage freight quote calculations, trade terms negotiations, and key account  logistics setup to maximize margins. 

2. B2C & Cross-Border Fulfillment

- Oversee last-mile fulfillment operations, express courier rates, and order dispatch  workflows for B2C channels (e-commerce platforms, brand website).

- Negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs) and volume discounts with domestic and  international express parcel carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, local 3PLs).

- Optimize delivery lead times, order tracking procedures, and unboxing customer  experience for B2C shoppers. 

3. Strategy & Operations

- Monitor and analyze shipping performance KPIs, freight spend, return/exchange  rates (reverse logistics), and damage rates for fragile/wooden items.

- Partner with warehouse and inventory management teams to streamline  pick-and-pack operations for B2C orders and palletization for B2B shipments.

- Ensure full compliance with international import/export regulations, wood origin  certifications (FSC/CITES if applicable), and FDA/food-contact safety standards for

• Experience: 3–5+ years in logistics sales Manager, supply chain management, or  fulfillment operations with proven hands-on experience handling both B2B  export and B2C e-commerce fulfillment. 
•  Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Incoterms 2020, customs  clearance, freight forwarding, and 3PL/4PL operations for home goods,  kitchenware, or furniture. 
• E-Commerce Literacy: Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce fulfillment  models (e.g., Amazon FBA, Shopify logistics, local warehouse fulfillment  centers). 
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, data analysis, problem-solving, and  communication skills in English (required). 
• Startup Mindset: Agile, resourcefulness, and ability to handle high-growth, multi-tasking startup demands.
