• Manage and operate e-commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website, etc.).
• Build and develop online sales channels to drive revenue growth.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and Mega Sale activities.
• Upload and optimize product listings (content, images, keywords) to improve visibility and conversion.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads) to achieve sales and ROAS targets.
• Develop and manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Coordinate with KOLs/KOCs, livestream hosts, and external partners to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, advertising metrics, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage inventory, pricing, vouchers, and promotional campaigns across e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and operations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Junior with 1 year of experience in E-commerce or Digital Commerce (B2C preferred)
• Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
• Proven ability or experience in building and/or scaling e-commerce channels is a plus
• Strong execution skills with the ability to analyze and work with performance data
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user experience
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good working proficiency in English (able to communicate effectively in a professional environment)
