JOB SUMMARY

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will support employees’ professional development and the training needs of the Dau Giay factory.

Your primary responsibilities will include

• Designing and delivering orientation programs
• Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and Training Bond Program
• Advising on technical training initiatives
• Coordinating learning and development activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Oversee new hire orientation programs and ensure they align with business needs, company culture, values, policies, and procedures.
• Work with relevant departments to assess training needs, design and develop orientation materials, deliver sessions, and evaluate their effectiveness for new direct labor, operators, staff, and expatriates.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), monitor employees’ completion of required training, maintain learning content, troubleshoot issues, and work with the LMS Global team to resolve technical problems.
• Collaborate with the Production Training Teams of the relevant business units to improve training programs for new direct labor employees and operators, ensuring the curriculum remains relevant and effective.
• Manage the employee Training Bond Program, advise departments and employees on bond requirements for training activities, and support the effective use of company resources.
• Serve as the main contact for functional development initiatives, coordinate with departments, and help address their training needs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor in support of the team’s goals and employee development.
• REQUIREMENTS
• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience
• At least two years of experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Understanding of technical concepts, processes, and procedures relevant to manufacturing.
• Functional Skills
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
• Other Abilities
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to work at other sites as required, using company transportation.
• Approximately 80% of working time will be spent at the Dau Giay factory.

Working Location

Dau Giay IZ - Dong Nai. Shuttle buses are available from HCMC, Binh Duong, and Dong Nai.
