Delivery & handling weekly master plan/daily production schedule to meet 100% production attainment, on time OTD, shipment on time & optimize inventory for WIP & FG.

• Performing/tracking demand orders from customer well on system.
• Performing Weekly loading & capacity analysis rolling 12 months, proposal solution if any constraint
• Maintain daily/weekly level load master planning in 12 weeks to meet customer demand and balance resource: Headcount, line capacity, fixture
• Maintain daily/weekly Production detail planning rolling 3 weeks properly to secure delivery plan base on Master production schedule
• Performing production detail planning in ERP – Oracle, controlling Job order, balancing daily headcount, minimize change over, meet overtime target
• Closely work & driving Production team & relative function to deliver 100% attainment, no delay Promise OTD
• Closely work & driving Shipping team & WH team for best daily loading shipment plan
• Projects follow up
• Control inventory both turn days & amount to meet the target for WIP & FG
• Continues improvement and build workflow clearly for deliver good performance
• Proactive in driving/solving problem which impact to production detail plan - Other tasks from superior

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 2 years experience in Production planning, supply chain management.

Good knowledge of production planning, supply chain management, operations flow & system flow.

Strong communication & presentation skills. Fully understanding ERP system. Oracle is preferred Problem solving, Critical thinking & strong analytical skills Good at English, Master in Excel – VBA Macro is preferred, PowerPoint Knowledge in shipping & receiving management is a plus

Proactive & take ownership, escalation skills
