Tuyển dụng EHS Specialist (Củ Chi - Free Shuttle Bus) tại Hồ Chí Minh

Responsible for supporting workplace safety through contractor safety, machine safety, high-risk equipment, risk assessment, EHS improvement, and digital EHS data management. The role works with relevant departments to identify hazards, implement controls, and drive continuous improvement.

1. Contractor Safety

• Monitor contractor EHS compliance, safety documents, training, and work activities.
• Conduct inspections and follow up violations, corrective actions, and improvement plans.

2. Machine Safety & High-Risk Equipment

• Support machine safety risk assessment, guarding, interlocks, emergency stops, and LOTO.
• Monitor inspection, certification, maintenance, and compliance of high-risk equipment.
• Support safety verification for new or modified machines and equipment.

3. Risk Assessment & Prevention

• Conduct/support risk assessments for processes, machines, equipment, and work activities.
• Identify hazards, recommend controls, and follow up effectiveness of risk controls.
• Review risks when process, equipment, material, or work methods change.

4. EHS Improvement

• Identify improvement opportunities from inspections, audits, incidents, near misses, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate corrective actions and monitor completion and effectiveness.

5. Digital EHS Data

• Maintain EHS databases and digital tracking tools for inspections, actions, risks, contractors, and equipment.
• Prepare reports/dashboards and use EHS data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

6. EHS Compliance & Support

Support ISO 45001, legal compliance, audits, inspections, incident/near-miss investigation, and EHS programs.

7. Ergonomics - Plus

• Support ergonomic assessment and improvement for workstations and manual handling activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing. Experience in contractor safety, machine safety, high-risk equipment is preferred
• Occupational safety and health management.
• Machine safety, contractor safety, risk assessment, and high-risk equipment.
• ISO 45001 and LOTO requirements.
• Ergonomics knowledge is a plus
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Good Excel and data management skills; Power BI/digital EHS tools are a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• English and Vietnamese communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and safety-minded.
• Good teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and work in a automation manufacturing environment
