Lead with AI drives people-centric AI transformation with leading organizations, primarily in the US, Canada, and Europe. Our Transformation System connects AI strategy, agentic research, fluency activation, solutions building, and adoption and change.

Fluency activation turns that strategy into people’s ability to act. Leaders and teams learn through their own work, redesign workflows, build useful assistants, and develop the judgment to supervise AI. Champions help that capability spread and last. We measure success by what people can do and the value they create with AI.

LeadOS, our proprietary interview and personalization platform, connects people’s roles, workflows, goals, and barriers with relevant implementation opportunities. The AI Fluency Academy brings together more than 200 learning assets, from foundational AI capabilities to workflow integration, with agentic learning expanding the curriculum. 

In 2027, we will bring this approach to tens of thousands more employees through larger enterprise partnerships and ongoing learning, technology, and human guidance. This role will shape the programs that make that scale possible.

What you will own

• Shape custom programs with Business Development. Recommend the learning approach, outcomes, structure, and customization scope for client proposals. Make the solution compelling, practical, and deliverable.
• Translate the aligned client brief into the final design. Define the curriculum, sequence, learning formats, implementation activities, and evidence of progress. Give PMs a clear specification they can execute.
• Direct adaptation with PMs. Select relevant material and define what needs adapting to the client’s audience, workflows, approved tools, and policies. Identify gaps and brief the content team on new assets.
• Check the quality of execution. Review the assembled program against the brief and design. Check that lessons, live sessions, personalized guides, and assessments form a coherent journey. Give PMs actionable corrections and confirm readiness for learning quality.
• Improve the system. Use participant evidence and delivery feedback to strengthen reusable program designs and quality standards. Help each engagement improve the next one.

• Commercial and delivery judgment. You can shape a custom proposal, make sound scope decisions, and guide PMs and content specialists through clear specifications.
• Strong quality judgment. You simplify complex ideas, spot gaps in a learning journey, and give precise feedback for busy, non-technical, and international audiences.
• Dependable ownership and practical AI experience. You follow through, raise risks early, make decisions, and use AI thoughtfully in your own work. You want to build this capability with us over the next two years and beyond.

For us, success is that within three months, BD can shape custom programs with you, PMs can execute your designs from aligned briefs, and programs pass a consistent quality review.
