About the role:

We're looking for a data-savvy analyst with an engineering mindset who sees a manual process and immediately thinks "I can automate that." You'll sit between our customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success) and our data and tech stack. Your job is to build the tools, pipelines and workflows that make those teams faster, more accurate and more data-driven.

What you'll do:

Automation & Systems (~50%):

● Design, build and maintain automated workflows for revenue operations: sales reporting, commission calculation, target tracking, lead routing, renewal and retention triggers.

● Replace manual spreadsheet processes with reliable scripts (Python / Google Apps Script) and integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n or similar).

● Integrate internal systems (CRM/Salesforce, payment, learning platform, communication tools) via REST APIs and webhooks.

● Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) that feed reporting and dashboards.

● Own the reliability of what you build, including documentation, monitoring, error handling and alerts.

● Explore practical uses of AI/LLMs in operations workflows.

Data Analysis & Insights (~30–40%):

● Analyse the performance of customer-facing teams (Sales, CS) on service quality, conversion, retention, renewal and referral, and turn findings into concrete actions.

● Support the teams' day-to-day operations: sales reports, commission calculation, target setting and tracking.

● Analyse lead and sales data (lead source, quality, conversion history, rep capacity and performance) to design and run the lead allocation rules for sales staff, then review and adjust them regularly.

● Build dashboards that track service quality, retention, renewal and referral performance.

● Use SQL and Python to analyse user behaviour and surface insights that drive revenue, engagement and renewals.

Process Optimisation:

● Map existing SOPs, find bottlenecks, and prioritise automation opportunities by impact (time saved, error reduction, revenue).

● Work with Sales, CS, Finance and Product/Engineering to turn business requirements into technical solutions.

Must have:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (Software / Industrial / Systems), Mathematics/Statistics or a related field.

● 2+ years in automation, data engineering, BizOps/RevOps engineering, or a software or technical analyst role.

● Strong SQL and working proficiency in Python (or JavaScript) for scripting, data processing and API calls.

● Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks and JSON, plus at least one automation platform (Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, Apps Script…).

● Comfortable with BI tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, Power BI, Tableau…) and advanced spreadsheets.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate messy business problems into clean systems.

● Good English communication, since you'll work with our regional (Singapore) teams.

Nice to have:

● Salesforce / HubSpot administration or API experience.

● Git, cloud (GCP/AWS), Airflow or dbt.

● RPA or LLM/API-based automation experience.

● Background in EdTech, subscription or B2C businesses.
